If you are having trouble accessing your SHEIKE credit please try the following:
- Your SHEIKE credit may be expired. We can look into this for you, please reach out to Customer Care for assistance.
- Please note, your SHEIKE Credit will take 5 minutes to sync once you have logged in or created your account. Please check back again in 5 minutes.
- Your SHEIKE credit may be issued to another email address please check your email or your receipt to make sure you are logging in with the same email address.
- Having trouble logging into your existing account? Please try using the "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password. If you have an account with us you will be sent a link via email to reset this. Please double check your junk inbox for this email.
- Please note if your SHEIKE credit was issued to your store account, you will still need to create a log in and password on the website (with the same email address) to access your credit.
