Still having trouble accessing your SHEIKE credit?
- If your SHEIKE credit has recently been issued or its your first time logging into your online account you will need to allow up to 15 minutes for your SHEIKE credit to be available
- Try clicking the 'UPDATE' button on your dashboard (to refresh and update balance on your screen
- Double check what email was used to issue your SHEIKE credit as you might be logged into the wrong account
- Having trouble logging into your existing account? Please try using the "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password. If you have an account with us you will be sent a link via email to reset this. Please double check your junk inbox for this email.
