Online orders can be exchanged for FREE in any of our SHEIKE Stores with the exception of DFO Outlet stores.
All exchange items must be in the original condition and meet the criteria of our Return Conditions.
We are not able to facilitate exchanges through our online returns process. If you would like to exchange your order online, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original order back to us for a credit or a refund. Please reach out to Customer Care if you require assistance.
