- SHEIKE returns may be eligible for a full refund, exchange or a SHEIKE Credit
- Sale items can be returned for a SHEIKE credit only
- Refunds for change of mind are not available on sale and promotional items. If you change your mind, sale or promotional items can be returned for a SHEIKE Credit or an exchange within 14 days of items purchase or received.
- Items purchased in our DFO’s/Outlets that are eligible for return can only be returned to a DFO/Outlet.
- Items purchased Online or in our Core range stores cannot be returned to a DFO/Outlet.
- If an item is deemed faulty, SHEIKE will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of item
- Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method with the exception of cash and Paypal which will be returned to a debit card only.
- Gift Vouchers, Gift Receipts, 3rd Party Gift Cards and SHEIKE Credit can be returned for a SHEIKE Credit only.
- In-store purchase refunds are subject to a $400 limit per transaction, orders larger than this will need to be split across two or more transactions.
- Online purchase returns up to the value of $400 can be refunded in-store. However, if you require a refund of $400 or more for an online order please return it to our online warehouse instead by booking an online return
- There is no limit on the value of exchanges or credit for online orders in-store. So you can opt for a credit or exchange for all or part of your order if you wish.
