In light of the recent COVID-19 impact, with temporary closures of SHEIKE Stores. Online will be accepting in-store purchased returns for a SHEIKE Credit or an Exchange. Please follow the same steps below for returning an "online" order, and include your store receipt or copy of your store receipt.

I am returning an in store purchase:
- Store returns must meet our returns conditions and policy here
- Store purchases can be returned to your nearest SHEIKE Store only and cannot be returned to our online warehouse
- Store returns must be made within 30 days of receipt date
I am returning an online purchase:
- Online returns must meet our returns conditions and policy here
- Online orders can be returned for free to your nearest SHEIKE Store for free or by booking a paid return to our online warehouse.
- Online returns must be made within 30 days of the delivered day
- Please allow up to 2-3 business days for returns to be processed once received at our Online Warehouse (as per your tracking number)
- You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed or rejected
- Please allow up to 5 Business Days for the funds to appear in your account once processed
