The wellbeing of our SHEIKE community is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the Government and relevant health authorities.
We have introduced several additional precautionary measures to reduce the risks, and ensure the highest level of hygiene standards are being met in all our retail stores, distribution centre and Head Office.
We remain committed to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience we can during this time in both in our stores and online.

Most SHEIKE Stores currently remain open, and store hours have not been impacted - this may change based on the official advice that we receive. For most up to date trading please check Google and our store locator here.

Our team members are supported with clear health and hygiene protocols. To ensure a shopping experience that is safe for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
- Please keep a safe distance away from other visitors and staff in the store and follow the Government’s social distancing guidelines.
- Masks are mandatory in all QLD, VIC stores and regional NSW stores.
- Please be patient if we limit the amount of visitors allowed in the store at one time.
- Where possible, card payments are preferred however all payment methods will still be accepted.
We remain committed to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience we can during this time and our stylists are delighted to welcome a friendly face into our stores and hope that we in turn can also bring a little sunshine into your day whilst you are out picking up your essentials.
We understand that some of you may not be venturing out as much at the moment, so we are offering Free AU Shipping on every order over $75, plus don’t forget we also have Same Day Delivery for Sydney Metro areas.
We have also introduced ‘contact free’ delivery. All Australia Post and StarTrack signed for delivery parcels will be ‘Authority to Leave’ (with the exception of Same Day Deliveries) in an effort to minimise social interactions. Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date information in your area here.
We have temporarily extended the return/exchange period for change of mind purchases for stores impacted by stay-at-home orders/lockdowns. Our standard returns period is 14 days however the returns period will be extended to include the lockdown period for an applicable area. E.g. “If the lockdown is 7 days you will have 21 days from the purchase date to return your order. If you require further assistance, please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org
