The wellbeing of our SHEIKE community is our number one priority, so we’d like to share some extra precautions we’re taking to ensure our amazing customers and team members are protected.
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a more significant impact, we are actively following and implementing the guidelines from both the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government Department of Health. We have introduced several additional precautionary measures to reduce the risks, and ensure the highest level of hygiene standards are being met in all our retail stores, distribution centre and Head Office.
We remain committed to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience we can during this time in both in our stores and online.
IN OUR STORES:
Our SHEIKE Stores currently remain open, and store hours have not been impacted - this may change based on the official advice that we receive. We have introduced a no cash-handling policy instore and our team members are supported with clear health and hygiene protocols. All other regular payment methods will still be accepted.
We remain committed to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience we can during this time and our stylists are delighted to welcome a friendly face into our stores and hope that we in turn can also bring a little sunshine into your day whilst you are out picking up your essentials.
ONLINE:
We understand that some of you may not be venturing out as much at the moment, so we are offering Free AU Shipping on every order, plus don’t forget we also have Same Day Delivery for Sydney Metro areas.
We have also introduced ‘contact free’ delivery. All Australia Post and StarTrack signed for delivery parcels will be ‘Authority to Leave’ in an effort to minimise social interactions. Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date information in your area.
